Timber Course

The Timber Course introduces clouds, weather trends and natural disasters to the Mighty Trees world. Just like the Seedling Course, material is covered in a pre-test and answer format. The pre-test introduces students to the material while the follow-up test discussion presents detailed information about the topics. Once again, playing the game reinforces the subject matter.
1. Learn basic principles of meteorology (clouds, trends, natural disasters).
2. Discover the variety of cloud formations, trends and disasters.
3. Learn real world associations between weather, trees and habitats.
4. Learn how to use the Cloud, Trend and Disasters cards.
5. Discover which tree species are most tolerant of and dependent upon disasters.
